4U Home Health Care / 2CARE4U is a non-medical organization that prides itself on being The MATCHMAKER of quality home health care.
All of our employees are thoroughly screened. Each person is required to pass a criminal background check, obtain their CFSS/PCA certificate through online training and attend basic training class.
companion care
A non-medical service that provides time and attention to clients, including medication reminders, entertaining activities and visiting.
homemaking
Indoor household services such as meal preparation, shopping, light housekeeping, and laundry. Intended for individuals who have minimal to no difficulty with Activities of Daily Living.
registered nurse supervision / skilled nursing
Provides admission assessment on all new clients, prepares service plan for reach client, obtains physical orders, orients caregivers to client based upon assessment and service/care plans and supervises staff. Responds to clinical concerns as identified by the staff in the home and provides direct nursing care (wound, medication set up, etc.) to clients.
home health aide / personal care assistant
Delivers the elements of Companion Care and Homemaking services with the addition of assistance with Activities of Daily Living, which include incontinent care, bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring and ambulation, etc.
respite care
This service allows the primary caregiver/family member(s) of a client a one-time or regularly scheduled reprieve. Respite includes Companion Care, Homemaking and HHA services for a set amount of time and day(s), which include overnight.
private duty nursing
Provided by a Registered Nurse (R.N.) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The Private Duty Nursing service provides direct, comprehensive care to clients, in their home, to meet the care needs that are medically necessary or physician ordered.
physical therapy (Savage location only)
Provided by a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). The PT service provides direct care to clients by creating a plan to strengthen themselves to remain at home and are physician ordered.
Occupational therapy (Savage location only)
Provided by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The OT service provides direct care to clients, in their home, to meet the care needs to remain at home and are physician ordered.
